Process Improvement Methodology
Our
Business Process Improvement (BPI)
methodology is a proven process that
is fully documented and structured.
It enables top-down planning and bottom-up
implementation. BPI requires a team
effort to ensure success. RK Dixon will partner with your business
using this methodology to improve
the efficiency and productivity of
your business. BPI is recommended
for introducing imaging and workflow
into your organization. Without it,
the maximum potential for automation
may not be realized.

Our
methodology has 4 phases:
Phase
1 is the strategic assessment
and is the cornerstone of our BPI
project. RK Dixon will identify
issues within your current process
that are problematic and help understand
and prioritize your goals. We'll work
with you to understand what challenges
you face and what goals you aim to
achieve. We'll look at and weigh your
objectives and key processes in order
to launch a successful project.
Phase
2 is to analyze the "AS-IS". RK Dixon will partner with your
team and use modeling tools to drill
down into details of the processes
identified. We'll then measure and
capture components of your business
process for analysis.
During
Phase 3, the team defines project
requirements and assesses alternative
process methods. The team must put
together all the requirements and
alternatives of the new "TO-BE" model
and develop a technical plan.
The
final step is Phase 4, developing
and implementing the plan. RK Dixon will work with your business
to implement the "TO-BE" process and
make sure your employees understand
the new design and process. We'll
put together a training plan and provide
ongoing support for those who need
it.
