Step One – Register your Non-Profit

• Non-profit organizations will have approximately three weeks to register online or complete the registration form available on the RK Dixon website.
• Registration ends July 21.

Step Two- First Round of Online Voting

• After registration closes at midnight on July 21, all entries will be posted online at www.rkdixon.com.
• Registering organizations are encouraged to utilize the prepared marketing materials available on the website to encourage online voting.
• Online voting for the first round will begin on July 28 and conclude on August 4.

Step Three - Second Round of Online Voting

• Top 5 finalists determined by highest number of votes and second round of online voting will open August 18 and conclude August 25.
• Top 5 finalists’ profiles will air on WICS-TV August 18-22.

Step Four - Top Three Finalists and Winner Announcement

• WICS and RK Dixon announce three finalists the week of August 25.
• RK Dixon will choose the winner from the top three finalists and announce the winning organization during the week of August 25.
