DAVENPORT, Iowa (October 19, 2012) – RK Dixon, a leading provider of IT services, copiers, printers, managed print services and pure drinking water systems announced today that it was selected as a 2012 Elite Dealer by The Week in Imaging magazine.

The Week in Imaging, an online information and news publication for resellers of office technology, supplies and services, presents this award every year to the top office equipment, office products and office furniture dealers in the United States.

The award is based on a company’s superior sales, innovative marketing, dedication to customer service, community involvement and the ability to provide customers with unique solutions. This year’s Elite Dealer honorees encompass dealerships with revenues of $5 million to $50 million.

RK Dixon was chosen for the distinction because of its commitment to the communities and customers it serves.

For 29 years, the mission of RK Dixon has been to develop long-term business relationships with their customers that increase productivity and profitability within their organizations.  At the center of this mission is the belief that customers should experience excellent customer service at all times, through all forms of communication.
