I wanted you to know how pleased I have been with the professional and personal service we have received during the purchase of a Lanier 5218 copier.

I cannot imagine how your company could have been more professionally represented by Kristy Determan! She made a cold call on our church approximately three weeks before our thirteen year-old copier started to die. Because she presented herself in such a professional and knowledgeable manner, when our copier started to fail I made sure I contacted her to request proposal from your company.

Through the process of requesting proposals from a total of three companies, Kristy's proposal and comportment quickly set her and RK Dixon apart. Throughout the process Kristy maintained appropriate contact with us, making sure she knew what our needs were and then customized her presentation for our church.
