Information Technology Group I want you to know Steve has provided excellent support to Trak-Data Systems with respect to our TimeTrak software application running on Generation's server that is supported by RK Dixon. I have worked with Steve several times in the past and he has always been professional and very competent. Today I received a call from Generations that they were unable to connect to their TimeTrak applications that reside on a server you support. I was pretty certain that the TimeTrak Thin Client Server was not running so connections from remote workstations could not be completed. When I spoke to Steve to explain the situation he immediately recognized the cause of the problem as a password change that RK Dixon had made earlier last week but was applied over the weekend. Steve quickly corrected the problem and assigned a more restrictive password so the issue is less likely to occur again. I would appreciate it if you would share this email with Steve.
