Good Morning!  I wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the many services we have received from your delivery person, Bill Mayfield, although the title "Delivery Person" fails to describe Bill.  He has proven to be someone that we rely on at RK Dixon. 

Our first meeting with Bill occurred when we purchased a new copier/fax/scanner/printer.  He did deliver the machine, but we soon realized just how knowledgeable he was.  He quickly educated us on the use of our new Lanier in terms we could understand and utilize immediately. We later had a training session with someone from your company, and that training along with the information we had received from Bill allowed us to master our newly acquired Lanier.

Bill came to our rescue when we were faced with large print job and NO toner.  We could have lost hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant funds if not for his quick delivery of toner.  In this case, Kurt Rocker (whom I reached after hours and can not say enough good things about) and Bill realized our dire situation and acted promptly.

RK Dixon should be proud to have such a valuable employee.  Bill's positive and intelligent representation of your company is certainly a credit to you.  His pride in his job shines through and he is always ready to go beyond his job description to find answers to our questions!

Kurt Rocker is one of the reasons we decided to stay with RK Dixon when shopping for a new copier.  Bill Mayfield will now play a part in our future decisions.  Their reliability and dependability are true assets.
